Last year's Mr. Blossomtime could be deported because of charges related to a drunk-driving incident.

WSJM reports that 20-year-old Agape Mpamira called the Berrien County Sheriff's Department back in November to report his car stolen. Turns out, it had been impounded the day before after he was caught driving drunk with a BAC of .17.

Mpamira is currently in the Berrien County Jail and hasn't yet posted bond. If he doesn't do so, federal agents could arrest him on immigration charges.

He came here with his family as refugees from Rwanda.
