A blast from the past rolled into Toscana Park in Granger Saturday afternoon.
About 20 Ford Model-A enthusiasts dressed in 1920s clothing paraded their cars around Villa Macri Ristorante.
They were celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Hoosier Model-A Ford Club, which is dedicated to the preservation of the vintage cars. Plenty of folks stopped by to take a look.
“It's a lot of fun and it's a big draw for people,” said Judy Edy. “We traveled across country several years ago and at every filling station people would gather round. You'd spend at least a half hour to 45 minutes at a filling station people would come to admire the car.
The Hoosier Model-A Ford Club hosts several events every year and is always looking for new members.
