One of the six Mishawaka wrestlers accused of sexually assaulting a fellow teammate will soon learn his fate.

A dispositional hearing or sentencing got underway around 9:30 Wednesday morning and the magistrate is expected to hand down a ruling.

The teen was found guilty in June of "attempted criminal deviate conduct" a class B felony when committed by an adult.

The wrestler is not being named because he was a juvenile at the time of the incident in 2010.

Five of the teens have either been found guilty or admitted their roles in the assault and one admitted to a lesser charge in the case.

Sentencing for two more wrestlers is set for July 31.
