If you live in Mishawaka, you have a chance Monday tonight to voice your opinion on a city plan to change the way you're billed for water.

It's the first of three meetings and will be held at John Young Middle School at 7 p.m.

There will be a presentation explaining the change and how your bill could change too.

The utility's participation in the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will also be discussed, and there will be a question and answer session.

If you can't make Monday’s meeting there's another one Wednesday at Twin Branch school and Thursday at St. Bavo's, Both also at 7 p.m.
