Mishawaka police need help to locate man accused of assault

MISHAWAKA, Ind.--- The search continues for a man police believe assaulted two women in a Mishawaka park.

We first told you about the attacks last week, and you can read are in depth coverage here.

Mishawaka police told NewsCenter 16 today that there haven't been any more attacks, but they also have not received any tips.

The suspect police are looking for is a thin black man, about five foot-seven inches and is believed to be in his early twenties.

The two reported assaults happened on June 27 and July 5 on Kamm Island.

Both times the victim was grabbed or knocked over by the suspect, and both times the suspect fled once the woman started screaming.
