A Mishawaka car dealer, already facing odometer fraud charges, now faces carjacking charges too.
Adame Scott, 28, was arrested and charged with theft and carjacking on Friday.
The case involves one of his former customers.
About a month ago Scott was charged with two counts of odometer fraud.
Since that time several victims have come forth with complaints about their cars possibly being tampered with or having mechanical problems.
This past weekend Scott was arrested again.
According to the court documents Scott used unauthorized control and took possession of a customer's property, a Toyota Corolla.
Police say the customer met with Scott to discuss the condition of the Corolla. He told her she was late in her payments and he needed to re-possess it. She claims she has a receipt proving she paid for the car in full with cash.
Newscenter Sixteen tried talking with the car dealer to get his side of the story but his property is gated with surveillance cameras.
Neighbors say they see cars constantly coming and going without dealer plates or temporary ones.
Scott is out on a five thousand dollar cash bond.
The woman that allegedly had her car stolen has an attorney and will continue to pursue this case against Scott.
