Police are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with an overnight armed robbery at a Mishawaka convenience store. It happened just after midnight at the 7-Eleven located in the 3400 block of North Main Street.
Police say a woman approached the clerk, pointed a handgun at her, and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, and remains on the loose Thursday night.
The woman is described as around 5-feet tall, with a medium build. She was wearing dark clothing, a baseball cap and a bandana over her face.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Mishawaka Detective Bureau at 574-258-1684.
