Mild weather delays ice rink opening

The weather is delaying a tradition in South Bend. Because of the mild temperatures we've had recently, the Howard Park Ice Rink will not be open this weekend. The rink was supposed to open today.
Officials say they should be able to get up and running sometime next week. You can call them at 235-9451 for the latest updates.
