The man who allegedly hit a 17-year-old Elkhart girl riding her bike in July has pleaded guilty.
That's according to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth.
Pasquale Rulli, 26, of Middlebury was headed south on County Road 35 when he struck Zion Carlstrom. Police say Rulli continued driving, and turned himself in to police the next day.
He faces up to three years in prison. Carlstrom was badly injured and spent several weeks in the hospital.
