It's family-friendly, free, and helping out the Michiana community. The michiana British Car Show is going on this weekend at Saint Mary's College.
This is the 25th year for the event, Which attracts car collectors from all over the area.
There will be everything from Triumphs, to Lotuses, to Mini Coopers on display, and vehicles will be judged by popular vote.
The show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Sunday, and admission is free.
Organizers say it's not only a great opportunity for car enthusiasts to show off their prized possessions, but it also gives the public a closer look at some unique vehicles from across the pond.
“You see cars that you normally don't see and you can see them right up close and talk to the owners about them,” said . Larry Palguta, president, Michiana Brits. ”The kids really love to see these cars, and many times the owners will even let them get in and sit down and feel what it's like to be behind the wheel.”
A portion of the proceeds raised from entry fees will be donated to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.
Attendees are also encouraged to bring any canned goods they'd like to donate.
