It could be time to clean-out your closet because donating an old suit could help someone else land a new job.
This month the Men's Wearhouse is holding their annual national suit drive.
So far the store in Mishawaka off Grape Rd., connected to the mall, has collected at least 30 gently used suits.
As a thank you, the Men's Wearhouse gives you a 50 percent off coupon for your next purchase.
The donated suits are given to men, and sometimes women, staying at Hope Ministries preparing for job interviews.
“They don't have the money to come into a Penneys or Macys store to spend 400 dollars to buy a suit that will be fitted to a correct size,” a Men’s Wearhouse sales rep told News Center 16. “These will filter out so people will get the right sizes, so they'll look their best, so don't your clothes is a wonderful thing.”
For every suit donated, Men's Wearhouse also donates a new tie.
The drive continues until the end of the month.
