A man not happy about the service he recieved at a Warsaw business, decided to take action by burglarizing the store.
It happened on Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. at the M and J Auto Services in the 15-hundred block of West Lake St.
Police were called about a burglary and saw a man walking away from some tires near a fence at the business.
The suspect, Rico Valdez, 19, started running. Police caught up to him and arrested him.
Police found that a door on the side of the business had been pried open and a ladder was used to keep a garage door open to steal some tires.
Valdez says it was retaliation toward the business because he was not happy with the work that they did.
He's being charged with felony theft and burglary.
