Man arrested in Goshen on cold case

Four years after an armed robbery, witness reports have led police to charge a suspect.

That's according to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth.

Jesse Miller, 25, of Goshen was charged Thursday with robbery armed with a deadly weapon.

His father came forward in January, telling police that his two sons were involved in the incident at a Goshen home in November 2008.

Victims said they were sleeping when they heard a knock on the door, and opened it to find two men holding a gun and demanding money.

According to the father, his other son, Devon Miller, died in an accident in 2011.

Jesse Miller is scheduled to go to trial in October.
