An Elkhart man was arrested on Christmas Day for possession of meth after police were called to the residence to check on children outside the home.
According to the Elkhart Truth, police arrested Kevin Upham, 29, for possession of precursors, neglect of a dependent, and possession of methamphetamine.
Someone called police at around 3 p.m. Tuesday after seeing a three-year-old boy and six-year-old girl wandering near the street outside Upham’s house.
