Long time St. Joseph City manager to leave

A longtime St. Joseph city manager will leave office next summer.
Frank Walsh tells reporting partner WSJM he has decided to leave for family reasons, and his choice has nothing to do with Mayor Robert Judd's decision not to seek another term.
Walsh's last day in office will be August 30, 2013.
