Thursday, the St. Joseph County Health Department hosted its second Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic
The vaccines were available at Central Fire Station from 2-6 p.m. for $25.
The health department said the drive through is a fast and convenient way to get the flu shots, and hopes the convenience will get more people vaccinated.
Those driving through agreed that the convenience was worth while.
"It's just great to drive in, have a shot and go,” said Steve Clauson. “You don't have to make an appointment, just come in and do it"
The next drive through clinic will be at the North Liberty Community Center on October 25. The shots will again be $25.
