Lieutenant Governor speaks locally on farm issues

Indiana Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann is in Michiana on Wednesday, talking about issues that affect local farm bureaus.
Ellspermann is the state Secretary of Agriculture and the Head of Rural Affairs.
She'll be speaking to local officials at the Marshall County Farm Bureau meeting in Plymouth.
