Irish alum Zagunis carries American Flag at Opening Ceremonies

Notre Dame Alum Mariel Zagunis has pretty much done it all, but Friday night she participated it was likely her greatest honor.
The former national champion and 2-time Gold medalist fencer carried the American Flag into the Opening Ceremonies in London.
Zagunis represented 529 American athletes including Kobe Bryant, Lebron James and Michael Phelps.
Zagunis will compete in the individual sabre event on at 2:40pm on August 1st. You can watch on MSNBC.
