A new study shows good news for Indiana and Michigan workers and even the unemployed. The states are among the top 3 in the nation when it comes to creating manufacturing jobs.
According to data from the National Association of Manufacturers, Michigan created more than 88,000 jobs in the past four years. That's nearly twice as many as the next highest competitor, Texas.
Indiana comes in third. The Hoosier state added 53,000 manufacturing jobs since December 2009.
Michigan was recently named 8th in the nation for job creation and economic development.
