Nearly two years after a Goshen College professor was murdered in his home, his killer remains on the loose. However, police have recruited a new team of investigators to help them solve the case.

James Miller, 58, was killed in October 2011 during a brutal home invasion. His wife, Linda, was seriously injured but recovered.

Ever since then, Goshen police have investigated multiple leads and processed loads of evidence, but to no avail.

Now, the department is enlisting the help of the Indiana State Police (ISP) Cold Case Unit in their ongoing investigation into Miller’s homicide.

ISP will be reviewing all of the details of the case, working in conjunction with local detectives to find justice for the slain professor.
