Hall of Fame signs to be removed

The goal posts in front of the College Football Hall of Fame building will soon be torn down.
Tuesday, the City of South Bend is expected to approve a contract for sign removal services at the old building in South Bend.
The contract calls for removal of the flags on top of the flagpoles on the gridiron plaza, as well as the removal of the Hall of Fame signs from the Indiana Toll Road.
