Grocery store murder suspect due in court

Elkhart, Ind. The man arrested in a deadly grocery store shooting last month in Elkhart is due in court Thursday.

Kevin Moore, 28, is charged with two counts of murder. Moore is one of two suspects in the crime. Also arrested was Richard Gross, 22, who faces two counts of murder as well.

The shooting happened on September 5th in the 400-block of Middlebury Street at Saleh's Market. Jagtar Bhatti, 55 and Pawan Singh, 20, were shot and killed inside the store, where they both worked.

Moore was considered a regular customer. He was arrested shortly after the crime. Gross was arrested a day later.

Moore is due back in court Thursday morning. He's already entered a not guilty plea. His trial is currently set for February but that could change.
