Grant aids correctional transition

Elkhart's Center for Community Justice received a grant Tuesday.
The Elkhart County Community Foundation gave $35,000 to fund a transitional coaching program.
The program will allow for mentors to support people transitioning back into Elkhart County from the Indiana Department of Corrections.
