A charge of criminal gang involvement was dropped as part of the plea agreement.

Staub was shot and killed back in march after a fight near River and Chicago Avenues turned deadly. Three others were injured.

Earlier this week, another defendant, Elisa Horton, 22, was sentenced to four years in prison for her role in the incident, after she pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal.

And Daniel Heflin, 21, has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit murder. His trial is set for august 20, 2012.
