Gas station held up at knife point

Police in Sturgis on searching for the man they say robbed a gas station early Sunday morning.

At around 5 a.m., the Admiral gas station on Chicago Rd. fell victim to an armed robbery. Officials say a white male in his early twenties, threatened an employee with a knife.

The man took an undisclosed amount of money and left the gas station. He is described as having blonde hair, a trimmed beard, and wearing a hooded jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sturgis Police Department.
