Garcia sentenced in South Bend bar shooting last fall

South Bend, Ind. The man prosecutors say was involved in a shooting at a South Bend bar last fall has been sentenced.

James Garcia, Jr., 30, is charged with criminal recklessness.

Garcia fired shots, hitting the bar's DJ, Dimas Deleon.

On Tuesday, Garcia was sentenced to four years and two years of probation.
