The Morris Performing Arts Center provides entertainment all year long, but Friday ends a popular summer series.
Dozens gathered to watch the Fridays by the Fountain finale.
Today's performers came from Indiana University South Bend's School of Art.
Theday started with solo and group dance routines.
Melodies from wood-wind and flute ensembles also filled the air.
Spectators even heard a few vocal duets.
Performers said it's a treat to get away from indoor settings.
“It's really cool to see the families sitting out in the audiences, just looking on and enjoying everything,” said Marlon Burnley, a Isub Dance Company member. “And it's a lot better because in a more professional setting we have lighting and everything which blinds us from looking into the audience, so to see the smiles on their faces it's a pretty good treat.”
Fridays by the Fountain ran every other Friday this summer.
The program first began in 2001.
