Some local businesses are taking a slice of Notre Dame's success this football season.
But, folks may be surprised to find out what items are boosting their business.
"Hawaiian pizza isn't that popular," said Bruno's Manager Victoria Rininger. "And, now we get lots of orders in one night."
Rininger says the Roseland location went from having one to two orders for the specialty pie per week, to several a night.
The Hawaiian pizza is an especially big hit on game weekends.
Rininger attributes the increase in sales to Notre Dame's star player and fan favorite, Hawaii native Manti T'eo.
"It makes us feel good they want to come here and support Bruno's and support [Manti] at the same time," she said.
But, Bruno's isn't the only business seeing odd increases in demand for some products.
A local grocery store also reports its constantly having to re-stock its shelves with marshmallows.
It's in preparation for Senior Day on Saturday.
Every year, students participate in the traditional marshmallow fight.
With the Irish winning streak, the fight is expected to get even stickier than normal this year.
