Relatives today described 32 year old Cesar Flores as a man who always took care of his kids.
The South Bend father of five was gunned down early Sunday morning behind the Anchor Inn bars in the 22-hundred block of Western Avenue.
No new information was released on Monday regarding a possible motive. Formal criminal charges have not yet been filed.
Family members today shared photographs of Flores, who leaves behind a fiancé and five children who range in age from 4 to 10.
Flores went to Washington High School although he apparently did not graduate. He was currently working as an independent landscaper.
While police continue their investigation they say two unidentified adult males have been arrested in connection with the shooting.
One suspect faces a preliminary charge of Murder, while the other faces a charge of Criminal Recklessness.
