A 21-year-old Walkerton man is dead after a house fire in Plymouth.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Alexander Street.
The Marshall Coroner says 21-year-old Anthony Q. Johnson died of smoke inhalation. Johnson's body was found inside at the rear of the home.
Toxicology results are pending.
Neighbors say several other people were inside at the time, but the coroner says no one else was injured.
Most of the damage was contained to the back of the home, where many neighbors say they saw massive flames.
According to two people who live on the block, an elderly woman has lived in the house for years. They say her grandchildren also live there and stay in the back portion of the home.
Four different neighbors say they've heard loud parties coming from the home. The Plymouth Police Chief says three people were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol after the fire.
The Plymouth Fire Department and State Fire Marshall are continuing to investigate the blaze. They're still trying to determine what caused the fatal fire.
