Despite the rain, even the youngest parade-goers in Edwardsburg were in high spirits.
The city's annual Memorial Day Parade kicked off Monday morning at Edwardsburg Middle School.
Veterans, service dogs, and even Good Ol' St. Nick marched through town, to mark the sacrifice made by our military service members.
American Legion Post 36 and VFW units paused at the Historical Museum, before continuing for a salute at the Edwardsburg Cemetery.
Veterans then traveled to other area cemeteries for more salutes before returning to the Legion for sandwiches.
