Decision in Tarrence Lee case expected tomorrow

A man charged with killing his wife is expected to hear the judge's decision Wednesday.

Tarrence Lee, 49, of Mishawaka is charged with the murder of Trina Winston in their Hickory Village apartment in Mishawaka back in August.
Investigators believe a body found last month on Chicago's south side is likely Winston's

Lee was convicted in a brutal murder and torture case in South Bend back in 1986, but released early on good behavior credit.
