Concord H.S. marching band to perform in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

New York City One big question lingers in New York: Will high winds ground Snoopy and the other giant cartoon-character balloons at the Macy's parade on Thanksgiving Day?

One part of the parade set to go no matter what the wind is like is the Concord High School marching band.

They've known they would be marching in the parade for 18 months, now Thursday is finally their big day.

The band has prepared three songs: their school fight song, "Here Comes Santa Claus" and a third tune to be performed outside Macy's on live TV.

The parade begins at 9 a.m. on WNDU, Concord's performance is expected around 10:22 a.m.
