ELKHART An Indianapolis Colts player surprised a cancer patient Tuesday in Michiana.

Nathan Palmer made a surprise visit to see 15-year-old Sarah Crane. He was dressed in a shirt that said "Sarah strong."

Sarah is a student at Elkhart Memorial High School. The Elkhart Truth reports that she was diagnosed with cancer one week ago, after doctors removed a tennis ball-sized tumor. Sarah is the youngest patient in the country with stage four colon cancer.

Sarah and Palmer autographed each other's Sarah Strong shirts. The family is selling them to raise money for medical expenses.
