Church destroyed by fire rebuilds programs

Lightning set Albright United Methodist Church in Mishawaka on fire six years ago.

The church was destroyed and it took members three years to rebuild.

Thanks to the support of the congregation, many of its programs are back up and running, including its childcare ministry.

Lori Gesto joined Tricia Sloma on 16 Morning News with a look at how Albright United Methodist Church rose from the ashes.

Miss Pam’s Sonshine Childcare Ministry opens in September for children ages six weeks to 5 years old.

Miss Pam's is hosting two open houses on Wednesday, August 22nd from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Saturday, August 25th from 2 to 4 p.m.
