A Cass County man is facing charges involving the manufacturing of marijuana and the possession of child pornography.
James Heidenreich, 56, was arrested Tuesday night.
State police received a tip and executed a search warrant.
Heidenreich is charged with manufacturing and the possession marijuana, and the possession of child pornography, and eavesdropping.
Altogether he could face eleven years in prison. He's being held on a 50 thousand dollar bond and his next hearing is set for July 26th.
