A factory in Elkhart County's Millersburg is up for sale, where about 200 workers built recreational vehicles until it shut down last year.
The 55-acre site of the former Carriage Inc. facility includes 19 buildings.
Key Auctioneers of Indianapolis is marketing the property for possible manufacturing, engineering and distribution uses.
Carriage ended production abruptly in 2011 after being unable to reach an agreement with a lender.
The company built high-end fifth wheel trailers.
The company's assets were auctioned off in February, with Thor Industries' Redwood RV buying the carriage name and brands.
