Bristol man arguing the court made mistakes during trial

A Bristol man, who was found guilty of murdering a 23-year-old woman, is arguing the court made a mistake by admitting certain evidence and testimony during his trial.

That's according to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth.

Tyrice Halliburton, 31, had his arguments heard in an appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court Thursday.

The court tells NewsCenter 16 the case will be taken under advisement and a decision will be handed down when the matter has been fully considered.
