Boaters can return to normal speed in Indiana lakes that were restricted for flooding last month.

Boats were limited to idling on lakes in the Barbee, Tippecanoe and Indian lake chains, in order to prevent further flooding.

The Barbee Lake Chain in Kosciusko County includes Kuhn, Big Barbee, Little Barbee, Irish, Sechrist, Sawmill and Banning lakes.

The Tippecanoe Lake Chain, also in Kosciusko County, includes Lake Tippecanoe, James Lake (Little Tippy), and Oswego Lake.

The Indiana Lake, located in Lake County, includes Westler, Witmer, Dallas, Hackenburg and Messick.
