An Argos woman now faces 16 years behind bars for selling LSD to a confidential informant, according to our reporting partners at WKVI radio.
Lacey Holzwart, 24, was sentenced Thursday for the 2012 drug deal. Holzwart admitted in court that she sold 120 doses of LSD for $200. A plea deal with the state allowed for two years of her sentence to be suspended.
Holzwart had other run-ins with the law. She was arrested in May for charges including forgery, theft, dealing heroin and conspiracy to deal heroin within 1000 feet of a public park.
While the additional charges were dismissed due to the plea deal, the prosecutor said that the 16 year sentence reflects the numerous criminal allegations against Holzwart.
