Hundreds of employees, who have been without a job at AM General, now know when they will be recalled to work, after the company originally shutdown production for the first two weeks of October.
The shutdown was extended to November 13 last week.
Wednesday, a spokesperson for the company said, "AM General plans to recall employees from its Military Assembly Plant back to work on Nov. 26 to fill existing HMMWV production orders. The company continues to negotiate a number of international opportunities which will extend HMMWV production well into the foreseeable future."
The company is still negotiating other international opportunities.
