ABC57 Chief Meteorologist Jamie Martin is expected in court Monday for an initial hearing after a drunk driving arrest in February.
The 48-year-old was taken into custody on February 9th after his Jeep flipped near the intersection of Carmichael and Generations Drive.
Officers found the SUV upside down, with no one inside.
Business cards strewn about the car led cops to the ABC57 studios where police found Martin inside with cuts to his face.
The results of a blood draw revealed Martin had a BAC of .27, more than three times the legal limit in Indiana.
Martin was charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and one count of driving with a BAC over .15.
