The brother of a Berrien County restaurant owner is at the center of a well-known deportation case could soon be deported himself.

Ibrahim Parlak's brother Huseyin just lost an immigration appeal.

Supporters of the Parlak Family tell us that this means Huseyin could be sent back to his native land of Turkey at any time.

Huseyin came to the U.S. on a student visa in 1998.

He decided to apply for Political Asylum when Ibrahim Parlak's deportation case got national attention.

Meantime the Homeland Security case against Ibrahim Parlak continues.

Earlier this year Congressman Fred Upton and Senator Carl Levin introduced legislation to give Ibrahim permanent residency.
