Five arrested in Goshen shooting

Five people have been arrested following a shooting on Sunday night in Goshen. Officers responded around 9:30 p.m. near the corner of School and Middlebury Streets after calls about an apparent shooting.

Four victims were reported to have suffered non-life threatening injuries. They were treated and released from IU Health Goshen.

In the twenty-four hours following the shooting, an investigation led to the arrest of the five people responsible for the incident.

They are, Diego Ramos, 19, of Elkhart, charged with Attempted Murder and Criminal Gang Activity

Abraham Delgado, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal

Christian A Bueno, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal

Alejandro Bueno, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal

As well as a 15-year-old male, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal

The 15-year-old was incarcerated at the Juvenile Detention Center pending his hearing Tuesday. The other four suspects are automatically waived to adult court by the nature of the offenses committed and were incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
