We have an update on the 14 illegal immigrants found in a vehicle on the Indiana Toll Road.

You may remember 11 adults and three juveniles from Mexico were found in a mini-van last month after the driver was pulled over for speeding.

Police say all of the people were in the country illegally.

The Immigration and Customs Department out of Chicago tells us seven of those people will be deported back to Mexico by plane this week.

Four are still in the custody of U.S. Immigration, pending deportation hearings.

Meantime, the three juveniles are undergoing separate deportation hearings.

The group claimed to be heading east, looking for work and hoping to reunite with family.
