Three people were taken to the hospital with injuries after being hit head-on by an SUV.
The accident happened near the intersection of Lincolnway and Peony in St. Joseph County just before 11 p.m.
Witnesses say the driver of the SUV crossed the center line, hitting the family of three head-on.
The driver of the SUV fled the scene and still has not been found.
