When it's all said and done, Notre Dame will have a Super Bowl champion come Sunday.
It's only a question of who it will be between Justin Tuck of the Giants and Sergio Brown of the Patriots.
This isn't new for Tuck who led the Giants with an outstanding performance in the Super Bowl win over the Pats four years ago.
What is new for Tuck, is the game being played in Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium.
"It feels good to be back close to home," Tuck told me at Media Day Tuesday. "I have a lot of support in Indiana. Hopefully I can kind of wake up some echoes this week."
Two years ago, Sergio Brown left Notre Dame and was not drafted. He signed as a free agent and here he is, playing in the Super Bowl.
"It's surreal, it's a dream come true---it's every kid's dream," Brown explained to me. "I'm very excited to be here.
And in Indiana of all places.
"You get to see a lot of friends come up," Brown explains. "People I've seen before at Notre Dame--almost a sense of home because it's so close."
For both guys, an Indiana Super Bowl is a little of a pain too--based on how many ticket requests they've received.
