A Moroccan man the FBI says was plotting to attack the US Capitol, is under arrest Friday night after a sting in Washington.
Capitol Police say he was planning to detonate what he thought were explosives. Officials say the FBI provided the man with an inoperable gun and inert explosives and closely monitored him for weeks before the arrest.
The FBI says the public was never in any danger.
