A second cemetery in suburban Chicago is under scrutiny for allegations that it stacked bodies and resold plots in a money making scheme.
A family has filed a lawsuit against Glenwood Memory Gardens in Glenwood, Illinois.
The suit claims that the cemetery tried to resell a plot where two relatives are buried.
Police are investigating the cemetery after a human bone was found lying on the ground there.
As we've been reporting, police are also looking into a similar case at Burr Oak Cemetery near Chicago.
They've charged four workers in that alleged scheme.
