New foreclosure record set in U.S.
Homeowners set a new record in home foreclosures for the month of July.

The Mortgage Bankers Association says 9.2 percent of homeowners with mortgages were either behind on their payments or in foreclosure at the end of June, setting a new record for foreclosures.
That's up from 8.8 percent at the end of the first quarter, and a huge jump from 6.5 percent a year before.
